How do I exchange my empty CO2 cylinders?
You can exchange your empty cylinders for full ones at any participating local retailer or through our online exchange program where we provide a prepaid shipping label for returns.
Are SodaStream bottles dishwasher safe?
Only bottles specifically marked as 'Dishwasher Safe' can be cleaned in the dishwasher. Classic plastic carbonating bottles should be hand-washed with lukewarm water and mild soap.
What is the standard shipping timeframe?
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours and delivered via standard ground shipping within 3-5 business days, depending on your location.
Can I return my sparkling water maker if I'm not satisfied?

Do SodaStream machines require electricity to operate?
Most of our models, including the Terra and Art, are powered solely by the CO2 cylinder and do not require electricity. Only our electric models like the E-Terra need to be plugged in.
